Cypress Point Resident Schedules
POA Meetings
- Board meetings are usually held once a month. Notices are emailed to homeowners when they are scheduled.
- Annual Resident Meetings are held the first Sunday in March.
Cypress Point POA Swimming Pool Rules
- The pool is for the use of Cypress Point residents and their guests.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, 18 years or older.
- The Association does not employ a lifeguard. Children and guests are the sole responsibility of their resident host. All persons who use the pool and its surrounds do so at their own risk. Children unable to swim are required to wear life jackets.
- Pool-use keys are the responsibility of the Owner. Loss of a pool-use key will result in replacement by the Owner for a fee through the Vice President of Maintenance.
